The decisive factor in the development of our quality policy was to maintain our market position and good reputation, acquired during the retail and wholesale trade of electronic and ESD protection devices, hand tools, soldering and screwing solutions, as well as providing professional consulting services, and to continuously increase our market share.

To this end, we operate an effective quality management system that guarantees the constant, impeccable quality of our products and services and the continuous development of our business, as well as the satisfaction of our customers.

Our goal is to maintain jobs and continue to serve our business partners.

The customer is at the center of our activities. We strive to fully meet the needs of our customers.

We strive for long-term and open relationships with our customers and suppliers.

We expect every employee to contribute to the success of the company with their personal knowledge and responsibility.

The customer has been and remains the most important person, whether they contact us in person or by phone.

The customer does not depend on us, we depend on them.

The customer is not a distraction to our work, but its purpose and meaning.

We do not do them a favor when we serve them, they do us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.

Our job is nothing more than to treat the customer in a way that is beneficial to both them and ourselves.

I personally confirm this commitment. To support this, I personally manage the operation of the quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9004:2008 standard.

I consider the constant development of the quality management system to be my personal task and responsibility for the future as well.
