Definitions
Language and Form of the Contract The language of the contracts under these GTC is Hungarian and English. Contracts under these GTC are not considered written contracts, and the Seller does not file them.
Operation of Digital Content and Technical Protection Measures The servers providing data displayed on the website have an availability of over 99% per year. A daily backup is made of the entire data content of the website, allowing for the restoration of the original data. Data displayed on the website is stored in a database. Measures are in place to protect personal data and trade secrets.
Information on the Essential Characteristics of Products Detailed information about the essential characteristics of the products available for purchase is provided in the descriptions accompanying each product on the website.
Purchase Prices and Sales Tax The webshop displays product prices in Hungarian Forints, including 27% VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify the purchase prices of products offered in the webshop. Price changes do not apply to already concluded contracts. However, a contract is not considered valid if an erroneous price was displayed on the webshop due to a technical, administrative, or other error (e.g., an obvious typo, such as indicating a product price below HUF 1,000, or a discount price where the discount applied does not match the result calculated from the original price). After recognizing and correcting the error, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer of the updated information. Such a contract, even if confirmed or paid, is not considered valid. In such cases, the Seller is entitled to correct the price. If the Buyer still wishes to purchase the product, they can do so by sending an email to the Seller or placing a new order through the webshop. The portion of the purchase price already paid will be credited towards the corrected purchase price.
The Purchasing Process
The Buyer can place an order at any time.
Selecting the Product
By clicking on the product categories on the website, the Buyer can choose the desired product family, and within it, the specific products. Clicking on a product displays its photo, description, and price. The products are illustrated with photos. The Buyer must pay the price displayed on the website when making a purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any typographical errors or incorrect data.
Adding to Cart
After selecting a product, the Buyer can place any number of products in the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button, without incurring any obligation to purchase or pay, as adding to the cart does not constitute making a purchase. The contents of the Cart can be freely modified until the order is finalized by pressing the "Checkout" button. Products can be removed from the cart, new products can be added, and the desired product quantity can be changed.
Viewing the Cart
During the use of the website, the Buyer can check the contents of the cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" icon at the top of the website. Here, the Buyer can remove selected products from the cart or change the product quantity. If the Buyer does not wish to select and place additional products in the cart, they can proceed with the purchase by pressing the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If the Buyer wishes to continue shopping, they should select the "Continue Shopping" button.
Providing Customer Data
After pressing the "Cart" button, the contents of the cart will be displayed, along with the total purchase price to be paid by the Buyer if the selected products are purchased. By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the cart, the Buyer can fill in their personal data if not yet registered, or log in to the system by clicking the "Login" button. In the "Shipping Methods" box, the Buyer must indicate whether they wish to collect the ordered product in person ("Personal Pickup") or request home delivery by courier service. Shipping is only possible to Hungarian addresses. In the case of delivery, the system will display the shipping fee, which the Buyer is required to pay when ordering. If the contents of the cart reach HUF 20,000, the shipping cost will be waived.
Correction of Input Errors – Responsibility for the Accuracy of Data Provided: The Buyer has the opportunity to modify the entered data at any time during the ordering process before finalization (using the back button in the browser to open the previous page, so the entered data can be corrected even if the Buyer has already moved to the next page). Please note that the Buyer is responsible for the data provided. The Seller fulfils the order, invoices, and delivers the product based on the data provided by the Buyer. The Buyer must bear all damages resulting from incorrect data entry or inaccurately provided data. Please pay attention to the accuracy of the data provided, especially the email address, and ensure that the mailbox has enough storage capacity.
Please note that the courier service (DPD or MPL Postal Package) incurs an additional fee (hereinafter: shipping cost), which is in addition to the product purchase price.

The Buyer has the right to cancel or modify the order electronically within 24 hours of receiving this message.
Order Processing, Contract Formation: Confirmation
The order and its confirmation are deemed to have been received by the Seller or the Buyer when they become accessible in the respective party's email system. The Seller will immediately confirm the receipt of the Buyer's order (offer) to the Buyer electronically. The contract is concluded when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes accessible to the Buyer. If the confirmation does not arrive within 48 hours, the Buyer's contractual obligations are terminated without any consequences. After the confirmation, the Buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase without any consequences, except in cases specified in the GTC.

The webshop applies the following rates:
Completion and Delivery of Orders
Orders for items in stock will be fulfilled by the Seller within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. For orders that are not in stock, the estimated delivery date will be advised upon manufacturer’s confirmation. The Seller will issue the invoice to the Buyer electronically, when the order is handed over to the courier service. Delivery times may vary based on the destination address and the availability of the products ordered.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.) on Distance Contracts, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason. The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days from the receipt of the product by the Buyer or by a third party (other than the courier) designated by the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the Seller in writing (e.g., by post, fax, or email) using the contact details provided in the confirmation email.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. The Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer, including the delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The Seller is not obliged to refund additional costs if the Buyer expressly chose a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the product. The Buyer is only liable for any diminished value of the product if the product was handled in a way that was not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
