The SMA15 is a machine designed for the separation of pre-assembled and pre-etched electronic boards.
Made in Italy using the most reliable and durable materials, this machine is particularly useful everytime you cannot execute a deep cut on previously v-scored PCBs in a single pass.
PCBs FEATURES
It can separate boards made of CEM, FR4 and Aluminum (Metal Core PCB).
The construction feature of the SMA15 allows the separation of boards with a maximum length of 650 mm, circuits with a maximum depth of 150 mm and with on-board components with a maximum height of 36 mm.
ADJUSTMENT
The adjustment of the cutting thickness (Z-axis) and the translation of the circular blade (X-axis) can be set via the operator panel and performed in automatic motion.
The front support surface is easily adjustable in height via a knob located underneath it.
