Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Every product you buy from Cetshop.com comes with a one year limited warranty. The
warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Cetshop.com, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion).

Cetshop.com will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 7 days of the shipment date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
IMPORTANT: All returns to Cetshop.com must include the original receipt, or proof of purchase.

Authorization) number within 7 days of purchase date if you need to return an item.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.
IMPORTANT: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
